Foundations rate
Community Ally
$50/hr
Our community allies have the wisdom to know they need help around the home, and the wisdom to know the limits of their expendable income. As an ally, you receive a 25% rate discount on any extra services: runs to the transfer station, donation drop-offs, marketplace sales, and anything else that happens outside a scheduled session.
Sustaining Rate
Community Pillar
$60/hr
Our community pillars hold the sweet spot in the middle, ensuring living expenses are sustainable for both the organizer and client. As a pillar, you receive a 50% rate discount on any extra services: runs to the transfer station, donation drop-offs, marketplace sales, and anything else that happens outside a scheduled session.
Uplifting Rate
Community Benefactor
$75/hr
Our community benefactors have a little more to give or who want a little more from the overall service. As a benefactor, you receive all extra services free of charge: runs to the transfer station, donation drop-offs, marketplace sales, and anything else that happens outside our regularly scheduled sessions.

$100 flat fee
The initial in-person consultation is designed for us to get to know each other, and for me to understand the scope of the project and gather information for plans and materials. The consultation fee is separate from the hourly work fee and will be added to the first invoice after work has begun.
